While home in Norway one summer, Hedvig discovered her passion for baking handcrafted Knekkebrød (crispbread). Founded in the spring of 2016. Norwegian Baked’s Knekkebrød is a modern spin on a traditional Nordic staple. Handcrafted utilizing organic whole grains and seeds, Norwegian Baked’s Knekkebrød is an addictively delicious, nutrient-rich and vegan crispbread. Fueled by her love of Norwegian artisan foods, Hedvig aspires to share this passion with consumers across the United States.
